Some background of the pre-release ( Source Roots Archives ) :This is a rare pre-release. 4th Street Orchestra is more or less Matumbi. The name was changed to fool the sound system operators who overlooked the UK acts back in days. So they changed the name and issued the first LP in a JA pre-release style without info.It does not really worked 'cause a radio dj recognized Matumbi's vocals. This is what Dennis Bovell explained in an interview.
