Notes

Some of the differences between other similar maroon US-MONO submissions are the tiny ® upright the "N" of label's big "LONDON", the concentric circles of the labels and the matrix etched code: there is no etched "12-27-66" on side B.

Discussion about The Rolling Stones - Between The Buttons
Marirne
I think the Stones are suffering a bit of an identity crisis here. There are some great tunes, obviously "Let's Spend The Night Together" (on the US version) and "Ruby Tuesday", I also like "Yesterday's Papers" and "Miss Amanda Jones", this sounds more like what the Stones were to become. I also really like the Dylanesque "Who's Been Sleeping Here", but the quality of the production's not that great, "Something Happened to Me Yesterday" doesn't quite do it, and the rest is forgettable.
